Lady Macbeth dead? Why off stage Shakespeare! Well turns out Lady Macbeth was "suicidal", or that's what most of us assume she was. (It was never mentioned if she was killed or if she killed herself). I think she could have very much killed herself, after all she was kind of going crazy due to her guilt of murdering Duncan. This is seen in a scene where she is sleepwalking and confessing acts she committed including some she felt guilt for even though not committed. In the end I suppose Shakespeares just wanted to kill people to have a shocking ending, But really, off stage?
